WE HAVE A BRAND NEW WEBSITE

Welcome to the brand new online home of The Good Grief Project.  We’ve been working on a bright new look and an easy-to-navigate structure for the site, and we hope you’ll agree it now benefits from both.

Please take a look around.

In OUR FILMS you can choose from the catalogue of films and videos we have produced over the last five years, including the trailer for A LOVE THAT NEVER DIES. All these are free to view.

Over the next few weeks you’ll see we have added further personal accounts of grief  to the YOUR STORIES  page. Included in these are  short video extracts from the interviews we filmed on our road trip across the USA and Mexico last year.

You’ll also notice news of the ACTIVE side to The Good Grief Project.  This is where we will  be offering workshops, retreats and talks on how to positively transform grief through creative, verbal and physical expression.

We’re excited about developing THE GOOD GRIEF PROJECT over the coming months.   While there are many bereavement charities in the UK, all of which do fantastic work supporting all those who live with grief in their lives, our aim is to become the only charity dedicated to an understanding of grief as an active and creative process.16062185

If this is something that resonates with you please do stay in touch – why not bookmark our HOME PAGE ?   Or better still, sign up to our newsletter.   We won’t inundate you, but when there’s something new to share, we can guide you back to the site easily.

We’d also be very happy for you to share the link with your wider friends and family.  And do let us know what you think of the site so far – you may have suggestions for how we can improve it.

Lastly – it may be that you have found us because you are yourself bereaved and so we want to extend a special hand of friendship – as bereaved parents ourselves we have a good sense of the way your world will have been so shattered.    In the five years since our Josh died, we have learnt much about the despair and the loneliness that accompanies grief.  But we have also discovered a huge amount about our own ability to survive and the things we can do to find meaning in our lives again.

This is what we want to share with you and we hope you can join us.

With love and compassion
